TJX is temporarily closing all its stores its CEO said on its website including the TJ Maxx and HomeGoods in Champaign. Struggling home goods retailer Bed Bath Beyond will close up to 60 stores in 2020. Before the pandemic hit the home goods retailer planned to turn 40 of its stores into empty big boxes by March 2020.
Maxx Marshalls and HomeGoods is seeing business rebound after weeks of store closings in the US.
A total of 40 of the locations will be shuttered by March 2020 with the other 20 locations making up buybuy. Maxx Marshalls or HomeGoods stores and by closing the remaining 71 stores AJ. The department store company has made the decision to do our part to help. Herrman said as of March 19 all stores in the US Canada Europe and Australia will be closed temporarily for the next two weeks.
